Had my wife's car repaired here. They gave the option to drop off the car overnight for next day service. They repaired that day, so a full day early! They are professional and prompt!

A bit of a late review ..(end of summer) but needs to be said … one day my son had an issue with his car at work & again on the way home …he works out of town so having a working car is paramount. I had called the garage right around closing time figuring it was likely to late and everyone was gone but I left a msg anyway …Dave called me back 20min or so PAST closing time to see what the problem was and was able to take care of it next day! Great local garage, friendly reasonable and always willing to do what they can to help you out. Thanks again for another great experience!

ONCE AGAIN EXCELLENT SERVICE on 10/15/24. I have written so many reviews on Water St Auto, I am like a broken record ... lol !! I kept updating the previous reviews, but I am not sure anyone saw those anymore. Our poor old vehicles are in for service more often these days and so that is why I had so many updates (I had to delete them so I could make a fresh review). Our "poor old vehicles" are the reason why we are so pleased with the folks at Water St Auto. These guys are incredible! They have looked after our vehicles for @ 30 years and although 10 years ago we moved an hour away from Cambridge, we still bring our vehicles here for any work that is needed. These guys are keeping our vehicles safe and on the road and we trust them 100%. Just recently, we had A/C issues in the van while it was super hot and last week, heater issues in the Toyota which we noticed after it got cold ... Both taken care of efficiently & effectively & of special importance ... economically! Thank you Water St Auto team : )
